Promote AI Events at Drexel

We encourage all units to promote their AI events on the University Events Calendar, which will also appear on the AI Events page.

  • Please contact the designated calendar administrator for your department or unit about the steps below for adding the AI tag to your event. 

  • If you do not have a contact who can submit to the Drexel events calendar for you, please use one of the forms on the page. 

  • Additionally, faculty and staff may register for . 

Submitting to the Drexel Events Calendar

If you are hosting an AI event and would like to see it promoted on the AI Events Calendar page, calendar administrators should follow the process in the Events Calendar Knowledgebase with the following addendum: 

  • In Step 5, select the Artificial Intelligence (AI) category as your category in the Category/subcategory dropdown list. 

  • If you have more than one category, choose “Select Multiple” from the dropdown list and check off Artificial Intelligence (AI) as one of your categories in the list and hit “submit” to confirm. 

  • Continue with the remaining steps in the process to finish your event submission and your event will appear both on the main Drexel Events Page and Drexel AI Events Feed.
