About the Course

Drexel’s Prescribing Essentials: Pain Management and Substance Use Disorders course is a self-paced online learning program. The goal of this course is to provide students with a foundation to demonstrate and assess communication skills, knowledge and management in the area of pain management and substance use disorder. This course includes:

  • A self-paced CME pre-course component
  • Scheduled pre- and post-testing components with feedback, available virtually and in real time

Duration

As the course is self-paced, the program can be started anytime. Course includes both required and optional learning components. Students may earn up to 27 hours of CME.
