Managing your finances is an important part of college life. As a Drexel student, you're responsible for reviewing your bills and making your payments to the University on time. If this is your first experience handling finances, don't worry—we're here to help.

First-Year Students: Your First eBill Is Arriving Soon

Drexel does not mail paper bills. Instead, your first billing statement (eBill) can be accessed from in mid-July. For an overview of the eBill and financing options that you may be able to use to cover remaining costs, view the New Student Financial Checklist.

Set Up Authorized User Access

You may grant permission to other payers, such as parents, guardians, and employers, to be authorized users on your account and make payments on your behalf.

Payment Options

Make payments online, in person, by mail, by wire transfer, or through a 529 college savings plan.

Pay Your eBill Online

You can make online payments using eCheck/ACH or credit card. Students can authorize a parent or other payer to view their eBill and pay on their behalf.

  • Students: Log in to and select "Make an Online Payment" on the Billing+Financial Aid tab.
  • Parents and authorized users: Log in to the Drexel eBill System.
