COMMUNICATION DEGREES
Students who choose 91ÖÆÆ¬³§’s Bachelor of Arts in Communication (BA) major select one of three distinct concentrations: Public Relations, Journalism, and Communications and Media Studies. Through the renowned Drexel Co-op program, which partners with corporate, governmental, and non-governmental employers, Communication majors can explore a wide range of professional careers across many different sectors.
At the graduate level, Drexel’s Department of Communication offers a Master of Science in Strategic and Digital Communication that provides an outstanding foundation for communication careers in the 21st century. The program prepares you to succeed in various media environments and platforms, as well as in communication contexts that are characterized by advanced digitization. The department also offers a Master of Science in Communication, Culture and Media as well as a Doctorate in Communication, Culture and Media.
THE DREXEL CO-OP PROGRAM
Unlike other universities that offer communication degrees, the renowned Drexel Co-op program encourages students to gain career-relevant experience with up to three, six-month periods of full-time employment. During this time, students explore their career options, strengthen their résumés and build a professional network.
