The “Idea to App Store” Workshop is designed to teach anyone who has an idea for a mobile application how to fully establish their idea and decide whether to bring their idea to a developer or pursue learning to develop the app on their own. Several topics will be covered, including:

  • The full app planning process 
  • The pros, cons, and nuances of different mobile platforms
  • How to find and effectively communicate with a developer

Through interactive modules, attendees will be able present their app ideas, identify what these apps will require, and then re-examine them after they have learned more about the planning process from the workshop. This workshop is primarily targeted at students, but is open to everyone in the Drexel community.
