Department of Biology Room Reservations

Before reserving a conference room, please:

  • Please review the associated room calendar below.
  • Keep in mind that Biology reservations will take priority and that there is a $100 per reservation for Non-CoAs requests.
  • Only Biology faculty, staff and students may reserve PISB 103 at any time. Reservations may be made to cover the academic year.
  • COAS Affiliated: Reservations from CoAS affiliated users will be accepted after the first week of each academic quarter.
  • Non-CoAS: Reservations will be accepted after the second week of each academic quarter but will incur a $100 charge per reservation.

** Upon completion of this form you will receive an email notification for confirmation. ** *Please allow for 1-2 business days to process your request. **

Room Clean-up:

It is very common for another event to be scheduled directly after your meeting. With that in mind, we ask that you follow the guidelines listed below:

  • Meeting room(s) should be left clean; please remove any food and/or trash before you leave.
  • Please return tables and chairs to their standard layout.
  • Trash and recyclables should be placed in the appropriate containers located at the entrance.

NOTE: If you want to reserve a classroom in the Papadakis Integrated Sciences Building, please contact the Office of the University Registrar at exammail@drexel.edu.

Occupancy: 20-30 people
Equipment: Projector and video conferencing

Access: Only available for reservation during business hours (M - F, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) for Non-Biology Personnel
