Mariana Arcaya speaking at the UHC's Invited Speaker Series 10 Years of Participatory Action Research To Promote Healthier Neighborhoods, With Mariana Arcaya 
On April 8th, the UHC hosted Dr. Mariana Arcaya, Germeshausen Professor of Urban Planning and Public Health at MIT. Her talk, “10 Years of Participatory Action Research to Promote Healthier Neighborhoods,” presented ways to effectively execute PAR within the context of addressing public health issues.
UHC Presenters at DEGS UHC Doctoral Students Work on Display - And Takes First Prize - At DEGS Poster Showcase  
On April 14th, The Office of Graduate Studies and the Drexel Graduate Students Association held their annual Drexel Emerging Graduate Scholars (DEGS) poster showcase. Among those accepted were 6 doctoral students of the Urban Health Collaborative, and one of whom, Shreya Patel, won the first prize for her research!
Class learning from UHC Educators Drexel Undergrads Use UHC Data to Apply Their Education to Real-World Use Cases 
Earlier this year, as a part of undergraduate courses available through Drexel’s Dornsife School of Public Health, students used data developed by the UHC's Research and Data Core to take part in an annual Data Challenge.
