Current national and global events such as the U.S. Presidential election, ongoing geopolitical conflicts, and the intensification of environmental disasters can take a toll on our psychological and physical well-being. It is impossible to measure how current events affect individual members of our community, so we wanted to take this opportunity to encourage compassion for others, self-care, and the utilization of University resources that might help mitigate the negative effects of current events on well-being.
