Smith, Philadelphia city solicitor, Geoffrey D. Bruen, associate at Ballard Spahr, Mary Catherine Roper, staff attorney at the ACLU of Pennsylvania, and Amara Chaudhry, civil rights director of the Council of American-Islamic Relations.The event was held at the Philadelphia Bar Association.
