Earle Mack School of Law Dean听Roger J. Dennis and professors听Alex Geisinger 补苍诲听Karl Okamoto听will be presenters at the "Pennsylvania Bar Association Law Policy Forum: Laws on the Frontier of Technology" on Oct. 4 at the CLE Conference Center in Philadelphia.
Focusing on "Assessing Risk in Today's Technology,"听Dennis, Geisinger and Okamoto will discuss听issues related to听the recent Gulf of Mexico oil spill,听risk-based environmental cleanups and the听Uniform Environmental Covenants Act.
