AI That Works For You
Building Real Skills for the Age of AI
Master the mechanics of AI and lead your organization’s strategic transformation.
This is not a course for executives mapping AI strategy. It is a course for the medical billing specialist, the marketing coordinator, the operations manager, the paralegal, the teacher and the small business owner — the people whose jobs are most directly in AI's path and who have the fewest resources to navigate it. It is also a course for the organizations that employ them, who face the urgent challenge of upgrading their workforce before the skills gap widens beyond repair.

Course Curriculum
You will work in an environment that mirrors how senior professionals utilize AI in real-world contexts.
- Day One is built around the principle that every participant should produce a real, usable work output every 45–60 minutes. Five labs are spread across the day. The tone is practical, honest and energizing. The course opens by naming worker concerns/fears directly and converting this into action within the first hour.
- Day Two shifts from using AI to building with AI. Three additional labs introduce agentic pipelines, automation design and portfolio-ready outputs. The day closes with a personal 30-day adoption plan and receipt of 91制片厂 completion certificate.
This curriculum is designed to mirror the workflow of senior professionals, ensuring that you leave with the practical skills necessary to lead AI initiatives and make high-stakes technical decisions with confidence.
Learning Objectives and Outcomes
Upon successful completion, participants will have fully engaged with both the theoretical and practical aspects of the curriculum.
- Explain how AI and large language models work at a practical level — enough to use them intelligently, evaluate their outputs and spot errors.
- Use ChatGPT with confidence across a range of professional tasks: writing, summarizing, researching, analyzing data and generating visual content.
- Build a personal prompt library of 15–20 role-specific prompts immediately applicable to their actual job.
- Identify AI errors, hallucinations and biased outputs and produce reliable, corrected final results.
- Operate a pre-built agentic AI pipeline in Replit — classifying sentiment, processing inputs, and generating structured reports — without prior coding experience.
- Design a personal 30-day AI adoption plan with specific tools, use cases and skill development targets.
- Navigate AI in the workplace: advocate for their own value, become the team's go-to AI resource and understand their data rights and legal protections.
