Undergraduate Programs Application Requirements

Master's Programs Application Requirements

Standardized test scores (GRE) are not required. However, you may choose to submit scores to strengthen your application. Learn more.

In general, MPH and MS degree applicants will need to submit the following:

  • Online application
  • Official transcripts from EVERY college-level institution you attended (academic records from institutions outside the U.S. must undergo a credentials evaluation).
  • English proficiency test score (TOEFL or IELTS), if applicable. Learn more about TOEFL and IELTS language requirements.
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Resume or curriculum vitae
  • Statement of Purpose and Objectives

On-Campus Master's Programs: Applicants to all on-campus MPH and MS programs should submit their application and materials through :

Doctoral Degrees Application Requirements

  • English proficiency test score (TOEFL or IELTS), if applicable
  • Three letters of recommendation

  • Statement of Purpose and Objectives

GRE scores are not required for doctoral admissions decisions and are not reviewed if submitted. The Admissions Committee evaluates candidates based on a holistic and overall assessment of the required application materials.
