Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)鈥痠s a powerful business intelligence and analytics platform. OAS offers data visualization and enterprise reporting, empowering organizations to analyze data via interactive dashboards to make informed decisions.

OAS is available to Drexel faculty and staff who need access to collegiate data (with supervisor approval).

Please note:鈥疉cademic Information & Systems (AIS) does not have authorization to grant access to Finance or Human Resources data. Please contact fss@drexel.edu to request access.

OAS 鈥痶raining is offered entirely online. Please complete the following steps to request access to Oracle Analytics Server:

1. Watch the training video

This tutorial includes:

• Logging into the application
• Navigating through the application
• Accessing Dashboards
• Customizing Dashboards
• Filtering and exporting Data
• Creating bookmarks and favorites
• Logging out of the application 

2. Check to see if you already have access

Please visit and open a dashboard to see if you have access. If you can log in, but cannot open a dashboard, you will need to request access by completing the quiz below.

3. Complete the quiz

You can skip this step if you already have access to OAS.
