New Author Setup (example using Megan Kilcullen, Admissions Representative)

1. Create a tag for the new author: /sitecore/content/Home/undergrad/life-at-drexel/blog/tags/Megan Kilcullen (fill in page title, menu title, breadcrumb title, and headline fields with author name)
2. Add author in 鈥淐ontact Info Folder鈥� in the UG 鈥淓xtras鈥� folder - this populates the 鈥減osted by鈥� field of the blog page. /sitecore/content/Home/undergrad/Extras/Contact Info Folder/Megan Kilcullen (fill in page title, menu title, breadcrumb title, first name, last name, and headline fields with author name)
3. Add author in 鈥淐ontentTags鈥� folder within the UG 鈥淓xtras鈥� folder undergrad/Extras/ContentTags/authors/Megan Kilcullen (fill in display name field with author name)
4. Add author in 鈥渂log dataset folder /sitecore/content/Home/undergrad/Extras/Datasets/blog/megan-kilcullen and update 鈥淔ilter - using .NET's expression syntax (click for MSDN link):鈥� field with Item ID from /undergrad/Extras/ContentTags/authors/Megan Kilcullen item (which in this case is 82C744F-9A1C-48C5-8D07-209E76364110)
5. Select 鈥漛log-team鈥� dataset folder /sitecore/content/Home/undergrad/Extras/Datasets/blog-team and edit 鈥淪taticItemSet鈥� field to add new author tag (rearrange items alphabetically)
6. Go back to the Author tag item and update (or add if not present) the DatasetRenderer in the presentation details to point to the correct author dataset item. Placeholder: "CenterRail" Data Source: /sitecore/content/Home/undergrad/Extras/Datasets/blog/megan-kilcullen
7. To generate the boiler plate copy for the blogger, add a snippet (copy an existing author to use existing fields as template) /sitecore/content/Home/undergrad/Extras/Snippets/blog/megan-kilcullen
8. Create a blog post
   • Select the date
   • Select the writer from the "Contact Info Folder" /sitecore/content/Home/undergrad/Extras/Contact Info Folder/Megan Kilcullen
   • Fill in Page Title, Menu Title, and Breadcrumb Title, Headline, body, and summary fields
   • Add images (the main blog image goes in the "Page Image" field and the hover state image goes in the "Sidebar Image" field
   • Add Author to content Tagging field /undergrad/Extras/ContentTags/authors/Megan Kilcullen
